Job Responsibilities
  1. Build strong relationships with the users and key contacts at the client's organization as their trusted advisor.
  2. Actively seek out client product performance in the market to keep insights and analysis relevant.
  3. Establish strong internal cross-departmental relationships.
  4. Display a thorough understanding of the business and our service offerings and innovative approaches that could deliver growth for our clients.
  5. Build an understanding of the financial elements that are relevant in this role and the impact you have on them.
  6. Oversee and guide new junior team members and assist in their orientation and onboarding.
  7. Assist and help the project or operational teams where necessary.
  8. Attend training, business updates, knowledge shares, and team events as and when required.
  9. Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
  10. Communicate issues, deadlines, to SAE / AM as required.
Requirements
  1. Tertiary Education with 1 - 3 years working experience.
  2. Demonstrate an innate interest in market research and data-driven decision making.
  3. Enjoy both the analysis and delivery of client presentations.
  4. High level of attention to detail.
  5. High level of technology proficiency.

  1. Revenue retention on accounts.
  2. Client Satisfaction CSAT.
  3. Contract expansions / incremental revenue generation.
  4. On time and correct deliverables.
  5. Thought Leadership creation.
  6. Technology adoption in client portfolio.

  8. Complete the training program and panel process successfully.
