What You Will Be Doing

The Account Executive collaborates closely with the CGD team during the production process, contributing to report generation, analysis, and client presentations. Building strong relationships with key client contacts, guiding and training new team members, and assisting with data management are integral parts of this role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with client contacts and users.
  • Monitor client product performance to keep insights relevant.
  • Understand our service offerings and identify innovative growth strategies for clients.
  • Develop an understanding of relevant financial impacts.
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, assisting with their onboarding.
  • Support project and operational teams as needed.
  • Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and team events.
  • Follow all policies and procedures.
  • Communicate issues and deadlines to SAE / AM as needed.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Education with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Interest in market research and data-driven decision making.
  • Enjoy analysis and delivering client presentations.
  • High attention to detail and technological proficiency.
