We're Hiring: Account Executive – Inbound Sales | Greater Austin Area

Aquaria Technologies is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our growing team and help drive adoption of our groundbreaking atmospheric water generation systems.

This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a track record of closing high-ticket solutions and delivering a consultative, relationship-driven customer experience.

About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will work with qualified inbound leads—no cold calling required.

You'll conduct in-person consultations and live product demonstrations at customer homes or our local show site.

Your goal will be to educate prospects, tailor solutions to their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process to a successful close.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage and qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team
2. Conduct product demonstrations and customer consultations in person
3. Present tailored solutions using a consultative sales approach
4. Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools
5. Represent Aquaria Technologies at events and local networking opportunities
6. Close deals while delivering a high-touch, professional customer experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Proven success in consultative, high-ticket sales (water treatment, solar, HVAC, medical devices, luxury auto, etc.)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Tech-savvy and organized, with CRM experience
4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
5. Reliable transportation for client meetings and on-site demonstrations
