Overview

The Account Executive ensures prompt and accurate communication within the Studio and maintains day-to-day contact with clients. The AE oversees effective business administration and demonstrates proactivity, initiative, and interest in building healthy working relationships.

Client responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client through excellent work quality and professional conduct.
  • Continue to invest in growing knowledge of your clients’ business and industries in which they operate, actively tracking information that will be of value to your teams and clients.
  • Schedule and arrange client meetings with all relevant parties, including the management of related logistics.
  • Ensure that the full team, including yourself, are well prepared for client meetings.
  • Support your Account Director (AD) and Account Manager (AM) by drafting effective, single-minded and timely job briefs, reverts and supply jobs.
  • Assist your AD and AM with various administrative tasks.
  • Sourcing of images from various departments / resources.
  • Following up on feedback on jobs and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Updating status documents for various clients.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues as well as other departments in order to execute the job in a seamless manner.
  • Act as a supporting point of contact for clients in the absence of other team members.
  • Entrench yourself within the various platforms and teams to understand the business and look at ways to improve processes.
