We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Account Director (Part-Time) .
The ideal candidate will :

Strategic leadership :
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the agency, aligning with the company's mission and values.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of agency growth strategies.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
Client relationship management :
- Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients, aligning communication strategies with their business objectives.
- Manage client budgets and ensure profitability.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
- Provide insight on the agency’s budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Team leadership & mentorship :
- Provide leadership and mentorship to account team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Support the development of team members' skills and expertise.
Operational management :
- Ensure efficient and effective agency operations.
- Implement and maintain agency processes and procedures.
- Manage agency resources and ensure optimal utilisation.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account management within a reputable, large agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering measurable results.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for understanding the "why" behind brands and crafting impactful stories.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
