Job objectives

Develop objectives and account plans to ensure profitable growth for assigned customers. Identify business potential and describe long-term plans for its achievement. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain sustained long-term relationships with key customers. Fulfill support obligations for Airbus.

Primary responsibilities

  1. Be the responsible sales and support manager for the customer, developing objectives and account plans.
  2. Identify business potential for new services and products.
  3. Manage opportunities from inception to final award or closure.
  4. Manage customer visits and bid-related interactions.
  5. Update and maintain customer contact data.
  6. Support collection of customer feedback and address issues for resolution.
  7. Ensure fulfillment of support obligations as per aircraft purchase agreements, including Material Readiness Roadmap, A/C EIS support, and spares availability.
  8. Follow up and report on issue resolution or escalate when necessary.

Secondary responsibilities

  • Assist in overdue payments follow-up and accounts receivables management.
  • Support sales strategy implementation.
  • Participate in Global Account Management activities.
  • Lead or participate in development/improvement projects.

General

  • Willing to travel frequently.

  • Customer satisfaction, sales objectives, proposal success rate, revenue, profit, customer contacts, complaint resolution.
