Job Purpose

As the client's Account Director, this role will create long-term, trusting relationships with our key customers and oversee all activities related to sourcing, management, and reporting of all categories within the scope of services for LINK. To oversee, manage, and take ownership of the relationship centrally and in key markets, delivering a range of promotional item / gift projects for the clients. These will demonstrate best-in-class innovation, creativity, and project delivery. Ensure we are seen as the preferred partner for all POS, promotional, and print materials.

Key Administrative Responsibilities
  • Ensure invoicing is done in a timely manner
  • Monitor, manage, and track client region age debt
Key Direct Responsibilities
  • Oversee all transactions to ensure they are managed, controlled, checked, and delivered to the highest standards
  • Own the commercial performance of the account and ensure forecasting and financial reporting are submitted accurately and on time
  • Ensure customer service is a priority
  • Identify and resolve all issues
  • Support MI reporting and QBRs
  • Based on customer briefs, initiate all product development and source new concepts in collaboration with the Operations team
  • Maintain and update database of local suppliers and manage relationships
  • Oversee the team and ensure they process all orders and invoices
  • Work with the team to produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals
  • Manage SLAs and KPIs, and ensure regular communication regarding order status to all departments for timely delivery
  • Provide innovation for clients
  • Seek growth outside contractual areas
  • Team leadership, management, and succession planning
