VML is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Director to join our growing team.As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients, responsible for driving strategy, managing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Role Requirements:

• Integrated Account Director with a proven track record of success in managing and growing client accounts within the digital landscape.
• Deep understanding of account management principles and best practices, with a strong focus on client retention and growth.
• Exceptional client services skills, including the ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with client objectives and drive business results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Exceptional client management skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
