Job Purpose

As the client's Account Director, this role will create long-term, trusting relationships with our key customers and oversee all activities related to sourcing, management, and reporting of all categories within the scope of services for LINK.

To oversee, manage, and take ownership of the relationship centrally and in key markets, delivering a range of promotional item/gift projects for the clients.

These projects should demonstrate best-in-class innovation, creativity, and project delivery.

Ensure we are seen as the preferred partner for all POS, promotional, and print materials.

Key Administrative Responsibilities
  • Ensure invoicing is completed in a timely manner
  • Monitor, manage, and track client region age debt
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all transactions to ensure they are managed, controlled, checked, and delivered to high standards
  • Own the commercial performance of the account, ensuring forecasting and financial reporting are accurate and timely
  • Prioritize customer service
  • Identify and resolve issues
  • Support MI reporting and QBRs
  • Initiate product development and source new concepts based on customer briefs in collaboration with the Operations team
  • Maintain and update database of local suppliers and manage relationships
  • Oversee team processing of orders and invoices
  • Work with the team to produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals
  • Manage SLAs and KPIs, ensuring regular communication regarding order status for timely delivery
  • Provide innovation for clients
  • Seek growth opportunities outside contractual areas
  • Lead team management, leadership, and succession planning
