Our client, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Manager, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Programs - Europe and LATAM. The role involves leading strategic marketing efforts across key accounts, supporting business growth through tailored ABM programs that enhance client engagement and relationships. The Manager will collaborate with campaign, content, digital teams, and external agencies to deliver impactful programs across regional and global markets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and implementing 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned with regional and country priorities, collaborating with marketing teams and external partners.
  • Working with leadership to identify and prioritize key accounts and campaigns based on client insights.
  • Developing tailored messaging and content to position the organization effectively.
  • Supporting global campaign initiatives with creative use of marketing assets and new content development.
  • Setting measurable objectives aligned with global KPIs and tracking performance to demonstrate success.
  • Managing marketing budgets effectively to ensure positive ROI.
  • Using insights to evolve ABM strategies and focus on pipeline development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology or business environments, with marketing, communications, or agency background.
  • Understanding of multi-channel engagement, behavioral, and predictive data for client engagement optimization.
  • Client-centric approach to developing personalized ABM programs.
  • Knowledge of web 2.0, search, wikis, and interactive elements.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of business models and drivers.
  • Collaborative style with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and personal influence skills.
  • Program management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
