Job summary

A leading security services provider seeks an Access Control Administrator in Gauteng. The role involves ensuring access control measures are enforced, monitoring internal movements, and conducting audits. Candidates should possess a Matric Certificate, strong administrative and communication skills, and familiarity with CIT operations is advantageous.   • Verifying and monitoring all internal bulk movements.

  • Providing support to branches for hardware/errors/damages.

Overview

Job Purpose: Ensuring access/egress controls measures must restrict access onto any Branch. Access Control Administrator in Fidelity Cash Management Services Department are there to ensure that a consistent, high-quality service to all clients (External / Internal) are provided.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Matric Certificate
  • Previous experience with CIT / Vehicle tracking is an advantage
  • Previous experience in CIT Operations is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Computer Literate
  • Strong administration and organization skills
  • Strong planning, leadership as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • Good interpersonal communication and client liaison skills
  • Own transport essential
  • Attention to detail
  • To be analytical and articulate
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Able to read and understand tracking reports
  • Assertiveness
  • Able to work shifts
Key Performance Areas
  • Verifying and monitoring of all internal bulk movements
  • Verifying and monitoring of all 3rd party bulk clearances and receiving
  • Verify, capture and confirmation of access requests
  • Clearances and delivering branch audits

  • Ensuring standard operational procedures are always adhered to
