Job Purpose

To maintain student records, including Reseller Administration, responding to product queries, assessment administration, database and register management, communication with resellers and students, support centre administration, and support.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support Centre Administration: Implement support centre plan, communicate with campus staff, ensure relevant communication, advise line manager of challenges, assist when problems arise, manage database, and keep meticulous records.
  • Student Support: Respond to student queries within SLA, manage student document storage, process registrations and assessments.
  • Operational Administration: Receive and process customer orders, verify details, communicate with customers, monitor inventory, assist with returns and warranty claims.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain understanding of products, provide information and recommendations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records, generate reports.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Support sales efforts, liaise with vendors and departments.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to policies and standards.
  • Project Planning: Implement projects, provide feedback, participate in reviews.
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (NQF Level 4), Higher Certificate in Administration (NQF Level 5)
  • 1-2 years experience in office administration, personal assistance, or student administration
  • Customer service experience
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance
