The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (Master's preferred) and at least two years' higher education advising experience, with strong listening and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic advising, counseling, or student support services in a higher education setting.
• Strong knowledge of university policies, procedures, and academic programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student populations and foster an inclusive environment.
