Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct economic research, publish notes and briefs, and present findings following the department’s research process.
  2. Support research projects, economic analyses, and departmental products.
  3. Engage with SARB stakeholders, including participating in meetings.
  4. Contribute to the development of junior specialists.
  5. Work independently and in team or project environments.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations on economic research to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives and the public.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in economics or equivalent qualification.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in economic analysis, forecasting, research, macroeconomics, microeconomics, or financial economics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
