Job description

We are seeking a care assistant who can provide the highest level of care to our residents during the night. Maintaining residents' dignity and individuality is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience caring for older people is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Our care homes promote a culture of mutual support and reward employees' efforts.

You will receive support and coaching to grow in your role through various opportunities and challenges. While experience in a nursing home environment working to high standards is desirable, it is not mandatory. A passion for caring is equally important.
