Job summary

Peermont Global in South Africa is seeking a night care assistant to provide the highest level of care to residents, ensuring dignity and individuality at all times with excellent communication and teamwork. Previous experience in elder care is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

This role includes assisting residents with personal care and continence needs, closely monitoring during the night, supporting with eating and drinking, and ensuring a safe, clean home

• Ensuring the home and equipment is safe, clean and tidy at all times.
• Completing accurate care records and reporting any changes to the person in charge.

Job description

We are seeking a care assistant who is able to provide the highest possible level of care to our residents during the night. An ability to ensure residents dignity and individuality is maintained at all times is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team.
