Job description

An established mining operation is looking for skilled and safetyconscious Nozzle Operators to join their dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for precision a strong understanding of shotcrete application and a passion for maintaining high safety standards this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Apply shotcrete to the hanging wall with accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure all probes are marked correctly and spaced according to specifications.

Adhere strictly to mine safety standards and regulations.

Maintain a clean and hazardfree working environment.

Measure water content accurately for highquality shotcrete application.

Work closely with the Team Leader and Miner to ensure smooth operations.

Comply with health and safety policies upholding Sections 22 and 23 of the Mine Health and Safety Act.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Certificate of Competency as a Nozzle Operator.

Competency B Certificate.

MQAendorsed certification.

OEM Training.

Strong planning and time management skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nozzle Operator in a mining environment.

Must be medically fit for underground work.
