Qualifications

• STCW certs with Officer of the Watch endorsement required.
• Experience onboard in a similar role preferred.
• Strong navigation knowledge and safety discipline.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in structured environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe navigation and bridge watch duties.
• Monitor radar and navigation systems for compliance.
• Maintain safety equipment and emergency gear readiness.
• Support deck operations including mooring and anchoring.
• Conduct safety drills and participate in emergencies.
• Complete reports and logs as required by regulations.
• Inspect deck areas for readiness and safety compliance.
• Guide junior deck crew when needed.
