As a Senior L3 Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting complex telephony, network, and communication issues, ensuring seamless collaboration and customer engagement for businesses. You will work with SIP-based VoIP technologies, Microsoft Teams Calling, SD-WAN architectures, and contact centre platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize security, performance, and user experience.

POSITION INFO :

Experience / qualifications required :

  • Diploma / Similar
  • CCNA (would be advantageous)
  • SIP School Certs – advantageous
  • 4+ years in VoIP, SIP, SBCs, involving networking and advanced SIP trunk signalling, RTP media flow
  • SDWAN experience would be ideal
  • Strong hands-on experience with SBCs (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
