We are seeking a confident experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage both client development and recruitment delivery. Youll be part of a team that rewards initiative delivers results and provides the tools and support to run a successful desk but you must bring the hustle .
Minimum Requirements :
Minimum 5 years recruitment experience with a strong focus on business development.
Fullcycle / 360 recruitment experience able to manage both client and candidate processes.
Ability to recruit for contract and permanent roles across various sectors.
Comfortable working in a highperformance inoffice setting.
Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Valid drivers license and own vehicle (client visits required).
Responsibilities :
Full 360 recruitment : client acquisition job intake candidate sourcing interview coordination placement and onboarding
Proactively drive new business development and grow your client base
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients across engineering technical and FMCG sectors
Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Placement Partner (ATS) Career Junction PNET and internal databases to source candidates
Headhunt passive candidates and build talent pipelines for highdemand roles
Travel to client sites to better understand hiring needs and build rapport
Work toward and exceed monthly targets related to revenue and placements
