If you're a seasoned 360 recruiter with a strong track record in permanent placements, we want to hear from you. We're hiring two experienced consultants—one focused on the UK market and the other on the USA market—to join our high-performing team in Cape Town.

About the Role

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for permanent medical placements.
  • Specialise in either the UK or USA healthcare market.
  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships through a consultative, solutions-driven approach.
  • Source, interview, and submit qualified, high-calibre candidates.
  • Handle negotiations and offers, ensuring a smooth end-to-end hiring process.
  • Consistently meet and exceed placement and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in permanent recruitment (healthcare preferred).
  • Previous experience with UK or USA markets is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to hit and surpass financial and placement KPIs.
  • Strong client development and candidate management skills.
