West Coast Personnel , a boutique recruitment agency with 30 years’ experience, is expanding. We’re looking for a 360° Recruiter who can take full ownership of the recruitment cycle — from business development to successful placements.

What You’ll Do :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with established and new clients across industries.
• Source, headhunt, and interview top talent in South Africa.
• Manage the entire recruitment process : job spec to offer negotiation.
• Create compelling job adverts and manage applicant responses.
• Consistently meet placement targets and revenue goals.

What You Bring :

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a 360° recruiter (agency-based preferred).
• Excellent communication and business development skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• Resilient, resourceful, and results-driven.
