ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

1. SAP S4 / HANA experience
2. Analyse and solve SAP Module issues
3. Conduct SAP Module process configuration
4. Update and maintain all SAP Module functional documentation
5. Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles
6. Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests
7. Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes
8. ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development / enhancements)

WHICH QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?

IT Degree and / or relevant qualifications / 5+ years of experience

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

1. SAP MM Configuration
2. Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for Business Blueprint document
3. Setting up the organization structure of Materials Management and perform all relevant configuration for example Purchase Organisation, Valuation Area Plants, Storage Location and Warehouse structure, etc.
4. Analyse and provide solutions to the MM process
5. Update and maintain all SAP MM functional documentation.
6. Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests.
7. System Monitoring including Idocs Monitoring and processing
8. Following the Agile Methodology i.e., sprints, scrum meetings, retros in a DevOps environment
9. Integration testing with other modules
10. Understand interfaces, IDOC and RFC's processing
11. Preparing the cut over strategy for MM objects
12. Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners
13. Go-live preparation and post Go-live support
14. Interaction with clients through meetings, calls, and emails
15. Handling Tickets and Tasks with the responsibility for closing the same within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
16. Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support
17. Executing the required changes through configuration
18. Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
19. Raising Change Requests (CRs) and writing Functional Specifications for them
20. Preparing test data for testing of CRs (Change Requests)
21. Testing CRs (Change Requests) and preparing test results
22. Carrying out regression testing
23. Interact with consultants of other modules
