Job Title: Production Technician I

2nd Shift and 3rd Shift opportunities

Location: Hazelwood, MO

Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

Schedule:

• 2ND Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm, $17.60/Hr.
• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00pm – 6:30am, $18.40/Hr.

Prefer 1st shift during the first week.

Position Summary

Operate high-speed equipment for the production and packaging of Medical Device cards in a cGMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, and clean manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Complete production batches, documentation, AQL inspections, and rework.
• Complete batch records and documentation in a timely manner.
• Support the review and revision of SOPs and Manufacturing Directions.
• Operate at least one high-speed machine using HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Handle cage movement, materials, and fork truck operations (training provided).
• Set up equipment within defined tolerances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment a plus.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform task sequences.
• Comfortable using computer systems, including SAP.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours.
• Lift 20–50 lbs., push/pull wheeled cages up to 600 lbs.
• Frequent hand and arm motions; ability to climb steps.
• Work in a cool environment with constant noise.
• Exposure to occasional environmental odors.
• Adhere to gowning/PPE protocols (hairnet, gloves, lab coat, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.).

Estimated Pay Range

Min: $17.60, Max: $18.40
