Position: Administrative Operations Specialist
Location: Pennington, NJ 08534
Contract: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) – 8/3/2026
Pay Range: $22.29 hourly, paid weekly.
Shift Availability: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Potential temp to direct hire depending on candidate's performance and business needs.
Upon completion of training, the schedule will roll into 3 days onsite and 2 days' work from home.
Position Summary:
The Business Operations Management group provides multi-disciplinary horizontal support for Wealth Management Operations (WMO) business priorities and deliverables. Within Business Operations Management, the Engagement & Support team provides support for a senior leader and business manager to execute on meetings, travel, and other responsibilities.
