Build the world you want to live in with a career in the infrastructure property sector. We are looking for ambitious Graduates to join our growing Infrastructure teams in Birmingham and London.
Our society is changing, as can be seen in news reports every day. Issues such as housing shortages, changing high streets, water shortages, climate change, biodiversity, energy supplies, renewable energy, and the switch to electric cars are all challenges we face today.
Our towns, cities, and countryside must adapt to these changes, and you could be part of building the world we want to live in.
Our infrastructure team is the fastest growing of its kind in the country, with offices in seven UK locations, working with major clients including Network Rail, HS2, National Highways, National Grid, Homes England, and the Crown Estate. Operating in both rural and urban environments, our Infrastructure graduates are directly involved in delivering the world needed for the 21st Century and beyond.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in making a difference through infrastructure development. You will work with a variety of property clients including local councils, boroughs, Network Rail, DfT, TfL, water companies, telecom providers, homeowners, farmers, and commercial businesses.
You will assist with negotiations for property acquisition and relocation, support consenting and delivery of infrastructure projects, undertake site visits, and develop internal systems. You will also gain specialised skills in land negotiations and compulsory purchase, supported by our in-house training and CPD programs.
We welcome applicants from diverse educational backgrounds such as land management, environmental sciences, planning, geography, real estate, and more. A RICS-accredited degree is preferred but not essential. Experience in real estate or civil engineering sectors is advantageous. A full driving license is required due to travel requirements.
Structured training, APC support, mentorship, and exposure to multiple sectors. Benefits include competitive salary, pension, flexible benefits, and generous leave. We promote diversity and inclusion, and support ongoing development and flexible working arrangements.
