Job description

JOB TITLE: 2025/2026 Graduate Program (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)

DEPARTMENT: Multi functions (DND & TRAINING, SALES, FINANCE, MARKETING, AFTERSALES)

BRANCH: Stellantis South Africa

REPORTS TO: The delegate will rotate through various departments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

BCom Marketing & Communication, Finance/Economics, Business Administration/Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, IT e.t.c

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing, Sales, Aftersales & Strategy graduates

➢ Project planning/management in terms of coordination and follow-up with Service Providers

➢ Assist with delivery of monthly market information reports (mainly Excel and PowerPoint based)

➢ Assist with digital strategy and brand/s communication (x6 brands)

➢ Assist with CRM management

➢ Assist with adhoc projects, presentation on sales, product and marketing initiatives

Finance graduate

➢ Assist with preparing presentations for internal/external audiences

➢ Update dealer codes on all Aftersales platforms for all new dealers and closed dealers

➢ Update all systems with Regional Aftersales Managers changes when required

➢ Assist with maintaining HR data on Dealer View

➢ Dealer View report writing / analysis

➢ Adhoc Aftersales project assistance

➢ Adhoc admin functions

Dealer Network & Training graduates

➢ Send out emails to all dealers informing them of available training to be booked

➢ Manage all training booking RSVP, training reminders and related training info/materials

➢ Liaising with trainers/consultant to get all results from training tests. Compile a detailed sheet with attendance and results for Administrator.

➢ Responsible for billing dealers for non-attendance

➢ Weekly meetings with Training Manager to report back on attendance and non- attendance

➢ Ordering of training materials/shirts/stationary

➢ Booking of flights/accommodation for consultants/trainers

Carry out any additional or reasonable duties that may be allocated to you by management.
