JOB TITLE : / Graduate Program (12 Months Fixed Term Contract) DEPARTMENT : Multi-functions (DND & TRAINING, SALES, FINANCE, MARKETING, AFTERSALES) BRANCH : Stellantis South Africa REPORTS TO : The delegate will rotate through various departments PURPOSE OF POSITION : An opportunity to be part of a leading automotive company with an iconic brand portfolio.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS : BCom in Marketing & Communication, Finance / Economics, Business Administration / Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, IT, etc.

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE : Open-minded and willing to learn Team player Problem solving and resilience Accountability and autonomy Proficient in MS Office 0 to 2 years work experience KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Marketing, Sales, Aftersales & Strategy graduates Project planning and management, including coordination and follow-up with service providers Assist in delivering monthly market information reports (mainly Excel and PowerPoint) Support digital strategy and brand communication for six brands Assist with CRM management Support adhoc projects, sales, product, and marketing initiatives presentations Finance graduate Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external audiences Update dealer codes on all Aftersales platforms for new and closed dealers Update systems with changes from Regional Aftersales Managers Assist with maintaining HR data on Dealer View Dealer View report writing and analysis Support adhoc Aftersales projects and administrative functions Dealer Network & Training graduates Send out training notifications to dealers Manage training bookings, reminders, and materials Liaise with trainers to collect test results and compile attendance and results sheets Handle billing for non-attendance Participate in weekly meetings with the Training Manager Order training materials, shirts, stationery Arrange travel for trainers and consultants Carry out additional duties as allocated by management.
