2 X Client Relations Consultant : Pinetown

Location: Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa

Employment Type: Full-time

The purpose of a Customer Relations Consultant is to protect the Region and Company's revenue from risks of loss or reduction of the portfolio.

The role involves representing the Region and Company to existing customers to retain business, while actively seeking opportunities for portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve retention and growth targets, and meet annual KPIs.
  2. Build and maintain professional relationships with existing clients to encourage retention, utilizing regional support as needed.
  3. Develop relationships with operations to ensure good retention and growth rates on the allocated portfolio.
  4. Maintain accurate and updated surveys and service profiles.
  5. Complete and update site risk assessments, informing the Operations team of any changes.
  6. Manage price adjustments and negotiate MPI with clients.
  7. Develop secondary decision-makers within the client's business.
  8. Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and RISA responsible parties.
  9. Keep comprehensive records of all customer activities.
  10. Conduct and record account reviews using the account review system.
  11. Track risks and growth opportunities on Master Losses and CRC tracker.
  12. Attend branch and sales meetings as required.
  13. Support and resolve risk and opportunity-related disputes.
  14. Assist with account-related issues and customer relationship training.
  15. Minimize risks for allocated customers and focus on cross-divisional sales opportunities.
  16. Complete a specified percentage of account reviews annually.
  17. Manage tickets according to KPIs and timelines.
