• MUST have Micros System Experience.
• 3 years of experience in a Management position at a Restaurant / Hotel.
• MUST be a polite and friendly person with a strong personality who can think on their feet.
• BE a well-spoken and well-presented individual.
• BE a strong leader who can oversee employees.
• MUST be able to manage the entire service operation of the restaurant.
• Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant.
• Daily meetings and handovers with staff rostering.
• Maintain and achieve Restaurant Targets.
• Do monthly stock takes
