POSITION INFO :

Pretoria-based candidates only

We are looking for a professional Assistant Clinic Manager who's highly motivated, has strong leadership skills, a passion for people & excellent customer service to lead a successful team in a unique up-market salon in Pretoria East.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. CIDESCO / ITEC & or SAAHSP will be an advantage.
2. AT LEAST 2-3 years of working experience as a Front Desk Coordinator, Assistant Manager, & or Spa / Salon Manager.
3. EXPERIENCE with ZENOTI.
4. MUST have experience in Administration, POS systems, Cash-Up.
5. MUST have experience with Stock control, Rostering, Reporting on figures, Marketing, Staff Management & Training.
6. MUST have strong leadership skills & experience working with a large team.
7. MUST be able to communicate both in English & Afrikaans.
8. The candidate must have a strong customer focus with a passion for Sales and be willing to work retail hours.
9. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE on any of the following brands will be beneficial: ZO Skin Health, Mesoestetic, Optiphi, Nassif MD, Dr. Schrammek, Youth Lab, Kalahari, Colorescience, or Heliocare.
10. The clinic trades retail hours, but staff receive ample time off.
