• Matric plus N3 in the engineering field
• Trade Test certificate in brick laying, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting, fitting, electrical, etc.
• Project Management qualifications and working experience in a construction environment.
• Experience compiling and controlling project costs.
• 3 years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Food Safety, Construction Regulations and/or General Safety
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Physically mobile and fit
• Computer literate and effective in the use of Microsoft Office
• Driver’s license

DUTIES

• Manage the Programme of work, coordinating resources.
• Manage quality of work and materials.
• Care for safety and oversee site operations.
• Conduct inspections, prepare defects lists, and determine the necessary remedial work.
• Draw up scope of work and technical specifications for projects.
• Set up and conduct tender meetings with the help of the Procurement Department.
• Assist with the compilation of Capital Applications for each project.
