Role: Service Technician

The Service Technician manages client relationships by delivering high-quality pest control and related services, ensuring standards of service quality and productivity are met.

• Require valid PNumber
• Provide quality pest management services
• Achieve productivity standards
• Retain existing clients
• Comply with Rentokil Codes of Practice and legislation
• Complete necessary documentation
• Advise clients on housekeeping and proofing
• Maintain equipment and vehicle appearance
• Carry necessary pesticides and equipment
• Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
• Meet health and safety requirements

Candidate requirements:

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented
