Requirements

The Service Technician is responsible for managing relationships with prospective clients by delivering high-quality pest control and initial services aligned with client expectations. They must achieve service quality and productivity standards set by the company.

• Provide quality pest management services
• Achieve productivity standards
• Retain existing clients
• Comply with the Rentokil Codes of Practice and legislation
• Complete necessary documentation post-service
• Advise clients on housekeeping, stacking, and proofing
• Maintain equipment and ensure vehicle and image are protected
• Use appropriate pesticides and equipment
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Possess a valid, unendorsed Code 08 driver’s license
• Demonstrate strong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal)
• Manage time effectively
• Maintain good physical health
• Have knowledge of competitors and industry activity
