The Service Technician (PCO) is responsible for managing client relationships through the delivery of high-quality pest control services, ensuring standards of service quality and productivity are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing quality pest control/management services
• Achieving productivity standards
• Retaining existing clients
• Complying with the company's Codes of Practice and health and safety regulations
• Completing necessary documentation post-service
• Advising clients on housekeeping, stacking, and proofing
• Maintaining equipment and vehicle appearance
• Carrying necessary pesticides and equipment
• Using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment

Skills and Competencies:

• Customer-focused and able to identify client needs
• Professional attitude and presentable appearance
• Valid, unendorsed code 08 driver's license
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal)
• Good time management and physical health

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric or equivalent
• Knowledge of competitors and market activity
• Fully qualified (NCPC) or PMA/PCSIB and registered with the Department of Agriculture (P-Number)
• Previous pest control experience
• H&S and HACCP knowledge and experience
