Job Title: Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will work on various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and plans within a small marketing team.

This position will primarily focus on category marketing with some digital marketing aspects.

You will be responsible for a range of marketing activities, including the launch of online and offline marketing campaigns and marketing support literature, aimed at supporting the UK Property Services businesses and DCUK strategies and objectives.

Requirements

• Support marketing planning and execution.
• Research, analyze, and run marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C, targeting key customer opportunities.
• Analyze the market and complete an annual competitive analysis; identify new products on the market and use this information to position our products effectively.
• Develop and implement internal and external marketing communications.
• Aid in the administration and coordination of marketing activities.
• Assist in brainstorming written and visual content for marketing channels, including email marketing.
• Assist in developing and expanding social media channels, including blogs and case studies.
• Maintain detailed KPIs, measure, and report the results of marketing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• A relevant third-level qualification in Business or Marketing.
• Up to 1 year of experience in general marketing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Experience with Canva and Photoshop, and video editing software is desirable but not essential.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop.
