You will support the creation of learning materials, manage LMS content, and track program metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This entry-level role offers growth within a multinational company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or current pursuit).
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable with digital tools and learning platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and logistics for training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
• Assist in designing and developing learning materials (presentations, guides, e-learning content).
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and keep content organized.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve learning programs.

Young Professional – Learning & Development at BairesDev

We are looking for a Learning & Development Young Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in L&D within a global tech company, where you'll support the design and coordination of training programs and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Do:

• - Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• - Support the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
• - Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping content organized and up to date.
• - Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to support the evaluation and improvement of learning programs.
• - Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and contribute to the development of targeted learning solutions.
• - Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

• - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
• - Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• - Creative, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and learning platforms.
• - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Advanced proficiency in English.
