BairesDev is seeking a Workday Analyst to join our remote team. You will support configuration across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday setups.

Formación

• Experience working with Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer or custom dashboards.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Help support annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment.
• Help gather requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders.
• Support translation of business requirements into Workday configuration.

Workday Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll support Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. Working with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders, you'll help translate business requirements into Workday configuration.

What You'll Do:

• Support Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Help support annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment.
• Help gather requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders.
• Support translation of business requirements into Workday configuration.
• Help train cross-functional teams on Workday concepts.

What we are looking for:

• Experience working with Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer or custom dashboards.
• Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs or Core Connectors.
• Experience with Workday Time Tracking or Absence.
• Experience with Workday Payroll or Talent Management.
• Familiarity with Workday security administration or business process configuration.
