Oakmont Management Group is seeking a part-time Caregiver for the AM shift (6am–2pm) at a senior living community. The role focuses on assisting residents with activities of daily living, ensuring safety and dignity in daily care, and communicating needs to supervisors.

Training is provided for the right candidate, with emphasis on compassion and teamwork. We offer a supportive environment with benefits for eligible employees, and opportunities for growth within a company known for quality care

Formación

• Experience preferred but not required; will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal communication with staff, supervisors, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening, including TB tests.
• COVID-19 safety measures and PPE may be required per guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs as in the care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report observed changes in residents to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
