Silent Professionals in Venezuela seeks a Country Director to lead high-threat security operations across client programs. You will command in-country operations, set force posture, and serve as the senior representative to clients and authorities.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in high-threat environments, Spanish proficiency, and fitness for austere deployment. This is a full-time contractor position with on-call duties and discussion on start date.

Formación

• 15+ years of high-threat security operations experience, with recent operational security experience in Venezuela.
• Significant private sector experience directing operations in non-permissive environments without government support infrastructure.
• Demonstrated command across large multi-site and solo advisory postures; incident/crisis leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Exercise operational command of all Employer security operations in Venezuela across multiple client programs.
• Determine force posture (overt, low-profile, covert; static or mobile; team or solo) and adjust as conditions dictate.
• Serve as Employer’s senior representative to clients, embassy RSOs, insurers, local counsel, and authorities.
• Develop and maintain site security plans, movement protocols, medical and evacuation plans, and emergency action plans.
• Conduct rehearsals and readiness validation for all contingency plans.
• Enforce standards, rules for use of force, and discipline.
• Lead serious incident response including kidnap/extortion and medical emergencies.
• Reports directly to the Director of Operations.
