Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in a Tier 2 or equivalent IT support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Intune device management.
  • Previous experience in an MSP or client-facing IT services environment.

Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Tier 2 IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment, can independently manage technical projects, and communicates clearly with clients to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute technical project outlines from start to finish
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows 10/11 endpoints
  • Configure and manage Intune for device enrollment and compliance
  • Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, provide updates, and confirm task completion
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets from Tier 1 support
  • Document all work in our PSA (Halo) and RMM (NinjaRMM) systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management
  • Assist with API integrations and custom workflows where applicable

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Tier 2 or equivalent IT support role
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server administration
  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure setup and management
  • Proficient in Windows 10/11 endpoint support
  • Hands-on experience with Intune device management
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Halo preferred) and RMM tools (NinjaRMM preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and basic API concepts
  • Previous experience in an MSP or client-facing IT services environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar
  • Exposure to project management tools and methodologies

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST
