A leading recruiting agency seeks a Sourcer to expand their tech sales talent network. This role involves proactive sourcing, engaging top candidates, and achieving outreach targets. Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume sales recruiting and strong communication skills in English. The position offers flexibility and a competitive monthly compensation of $1,200 - $1,300.

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-volume Sourcing Recruiter to expand our tech sales talent network. This role involves proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top sales candidates for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing for sales roles, preferably in a staffing or recruiting agency environment and a proven track record of delivering high outreach volumes daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage tech sales talent via LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Send 300–400 personalized InMails per day (15,000/month).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing client needs.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to align sourcing efforts with client requirements.
  • Track sourcing metrics and report progress regularly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume sourcing for sales or SDR roles (staffing/recruiting agency background preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive outreach targets.
  • Comfortable working in or close to Eastern Standard Time
  • Sales/SDR background is a plus.

Time zone & Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST (flexibility to start a bit later too).

Compensation range: 1,200 - 1,300 usd/month.
