Rockwell Automation is seeking a SWC Solution Architect to reactivate the Venezuela market, develop strategic plans and support sales growth across key sectors. You will oversee architecture, cybersecurity, and modernisation efforts, working with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver high-value automation solutions.

Expect to lead workshops, create compelling market analyses, and defend proposals, while aligning with Rockwell's technologies such as PlantPAx and Logix platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science, degree in Business, Engineering or related areas.
• English in a good communicative level, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Design and architect end-to-end industrial automation solutions.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and define customer requirements.
• Develop control system, software, network, and cybersecurity architectures.
• Support strategic pursuits, proposals, demonstrations, and bid defenses.
• Build modernization roadmaps and migration strategies for installed-base customers.
