Job summary

Must Energy Group is seeking a hands-on After-Sales Engineer based in Bogotá, Colombia, to provide technical support and after-sales service for our solar energy and energy storage products. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and guide customers through installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service actions, ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.

Fluent Spanish is required; English is a plus for coordinating with the international team.

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in equipment repair and after-sales technical service.
• Must be able to perform practical repairs independently.
• Familiarity with inverters, solar energy systems, energy storage systems, batteries, or related electrical equipment is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical circuits, electronic components, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Willingness to travel within Colombia for on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspection, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of solar energy and energy storage equipment.
• Identify and resolve electrical and electronic faults, including component-level issues where applicable.
• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Handle product installation guidance, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales service.
• Prepare service reports, document technical issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Work closely with the headquarters team to escalate complex technical issues and improve service quality.
• Support technical training and provide product usage and maintenance guidance to customers when needed.
