InteractiveWorkers, LLC is seeking a Service Dispatcher for a full-time, on-site role based in Maracaibo. You will receive and prioritize service requests, assign jobs to field technicians, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

You will manage incoming calls, update tickets in the system, and communicate schedule changes to teams and customers, coordinating routes and confirming appointment details daily.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and support requests professionally.
• Dispatching and Customer Satisfaction skills to efficiently assign work orders and help ensure positive service outcomes.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with technicians, internal teams, and customers clearly and promptly.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scheduling or ticketing systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requests and priorities.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail when assessing service needs and updating records.
• Reliability and the ability to work onsite in Maracaibo during night hours; prior dispatch or operations support experience is preferred.
