KBR is seeking a Lead Instrumentation and Control Engineer for offshore greenfield/brownfield ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the I&C team through FEED, EPC, and commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards and project specs, while coordinating across multiple disciplines.

You will mentor engineers, manage deliverables, and oversee progress, resources, and budgets to meet schedules and safety requirements in a challenging offshore environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation or equivalent
• 15+ years of instrumentation & control experience
• Minimum 5 years in a Lead Instrument & Control Engineer role
• Experience with ADNOC Offshore projects and offshore FEED/EPC

Responsabilidades

• Lead Instrument & Control engineering team during FEED, EPC, and execution phases.
• Plan, coordinate, and review all Instrumentation and Control engineering deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore Engineering Standards, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & Structural, Telecom, and HSE disciplines.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to senior engineers, engineers, and designers.
• Monitor engineering progress, resource allocation, and budget requirements.
