KBR is expanding its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The Lead Process Engineer will lead process engineering activities for offshore facilities, ensuring safe, reliable design and operation across Concept, FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, commissioning and start-up.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in process engineering for oil and gas.
• At least 5 years in a Lead or Senior Lead role, offshore experience; ADNOC/Middle East exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process engineering activities for offshore facilities, including platforms, wellhead towers, central processing facilities, and subsea developments.
• Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Cause & Effect Diagrams, and Process Design Basis documents.
• Ensure process designs meet production, safety, operability, maintainability, and environmental requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to process engineers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Support Concept Selection, FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, and Brownfield modification projects.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Operations teams.
• Lead HAZID/HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and risk assessment studies.
• Provide technical support to offshore operations teams and assist in plant modifications and MOC processes.
