JAMES BARK, a renowned clothing brand for men, women, and children, originated in the United States and has since extended its reach to Latin America and across the United States. We are currently in search of a talented Senior E-Commerce Manager to join our team on-site in Caracas, Venezuela. If you're enthusiastic about the world of fashion, we want to hear from you.

The Senior E-Commerce Manager will lead the brand’s online division, driving business growth by elevating the customer experience, overseeing order fulfillment, and managing technology and infrastructure. This role is responsible for delivering data-driven commercial insights and building strong relationships with strategic partners.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, digitally focused environment and manages the full end-to-end commercialization and operations of the e-commerce business. This leader is energetic, collaborative, and results-driven, with strong business acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall e-commerce strategy to maximize sales, profitability, and brand growth.
  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including coordination with external marketing agencies (ads, performance, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
  • Define, implement, and optimize promotional strategies, discounts, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Review and analyze KPIs, conversion metrics, ROAS, and ROI, recommending corrective actions and optimization plans.
  • Direct the planning of collections and online launches in coordination with marketing and product teams.
  • Supervise and approve website changes (templates, UX/UI, content, functionalities) to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies (CRM, loyalty programs, segmentation).
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion potential in local and international markets.
  • Manage and prioritize technological projects and improvements in the e-commerce infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with customer service policies and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee and provide direction to the internal e-commerce team, including coordinators and customer service staff.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in the fashion industry.
  • Proven experience managing teams, agencies, and digital projects in Latin American and U.S. markets.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce management (Shopify) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Okendo, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI, conversion optimization, and web development best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing frameworks, growth marketing, and martech.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make fast, effective decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong fashion sense and alignment with the brand’s aesthetics and values.
  • Proficiency in English
