Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior IT BI Analyst to partner with business and IT stakeholders, identifying AI and automation opportunities and translating them into clear, prioritized requirements. You will map processes, weigh value against effort, and oversee delivery with finance and IT alignment.

You will define acceptance criteria, maintain project manifests, and manage the backlog to drive improvements in enterprise processes. This remote role offers global collaboration and career growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Background identifying business opportunities for AI and automation.
• Skill in requirements elicitation with business and IT stakeholders.
• Proficiency in process mapping and prioritizing by value against effort.
• Hands-on work writing acceptance criteria and project manifests.
• Familiarity with backlog management in Jira or similar tools.
• Understanding of stakeholder mapping across finance and IT.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite finance processes, such as P2P, O2C, or R2R.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
