Job summary
BairesDev is seeking a Senior Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake) to design, build, and optimize data pipelines across batch and streaming workloads in a modern cloud environment. You will drive scalable analytics and work with product and engineering teams to integrate diverse datasets for reliable insights.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
- Proven expertise in designing streaming data pipelines and robust ETL/ELT workflows.
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration with Airflow/Cloud Composer and analytics data modeling.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
- Architect and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using cloud-native services and orchestrators.
- Develop high-performance data models for downstream analytics.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate diverse datasets and ensure data quality.
- Monitor and improve pipeline performance for reliability and efficiency.
